Our approach is a fun but professional experience by a streamlined workflow that minimizes the workload on the schools while attending to parents needs and wants.
Our delivery are high quality images that parents will treasure for years to come with portraits that are a reflection of the children’s genuine personalities.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer individual, sibling and graduation portraits for each child at your centre. We also photograph class and group photos. These images are then sent as a private online gallery to parents who can then make any print or digital purchases directly from the online gallery. All galleries are accessed via a password sent privately to protect the safety and privacy of the children and families.
We also can photograph teachers and staff and the complimentary digital images are offered to the school.
WHAT IS FINE ART SCHOOL PORTRAITS AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?
Fine Art Portraits are a beautiful way to photograph and honour your children in this current stage and their authentic personality at this age! We take away anything that is distracting (like cheesy backgrounds and props) and really focus on showing what makes your child unique. As parents ourselves to three children, we know these are the photos you will cherish in the years into the future. These portraits simple but timeless and are the ones that will make you smile.
Once the images are ready, we send a private online gallery to the parents of each child who can then purchase what they like – they can customize their purchase with options of digitals, small prints or canvases and frames or a combination of multiple. There will be detailed instructions to guide parents through this ordering process. We are also readily available to answer any parent questions.
Digitals are emailed directly to them and prints will be dropped off at your convenience at the centre for easy pick up by parents.
Galleries are delivered within a week of Photo Day, two weeks are givent to parents to make purchases and final delivery of prints occur within two weeks afterwards.
ARE IMAGES EXPENSIVE TO PURCHASE?
All our digitals, prints and specialty prints are priced to be competitive. There are no charges to your school upfront and parents only purchase if or what they like. We are also happy to provide a sample price list to you – please reach out!

We offer Photo Days all year round and we work with each school to accommodate the best season, dates and times that work for your school. We try to ensure that interruptions to your school day schedule are minimized.
