We’ve been getting great feedback lately from clients about our Corporate Headshot Day Package. Here’s some more information about what this experience looks like from start to finish:
The Day Of
We show up, set up professional lighting and camera gear, and get ready before anyone arrives. We bring an optional backdrop, but we love working with your office space too — we’ll give participants two distinct looks to choose from so there’s a little personalization built in.
Sessions are 2–3 minutes each. Short, guided, and easy. We know how to get a great shot quickly and make the whole thing feel relaxed — even for the people who swear they’re not photogenic. We move about five people through every ten minutes, so the flow stays steady without anyone feeling rushed.
Scheduling
We use Calendly so participants book their own time slots in advance. No one person has to chase down 70 people to sign up — you send the link, they pick a time, it happens. First come, first served when they arrive for their slot.
After the Session
Every participant gets access to an online gallery where they browse their photos and download their favourite. If they want more than one image, they can purchase additional photos directly from the gallery at a discounted rate — and honestly, a good number of people do, because the photos turn out great.
We recommend this kind of photoshoot for days when you already have many staff in office – a conference, team building day, after in person meetings, or if your company has designated in person days. Want to learn more?
